Six Day Workout Challenge Day Six: Total Body Burn HIIT.

You’ve officially made it to day six.

Today is the last day of my six day workout challenge.wp-15990485052154470690040982096680.jpgWe are finishing out the challenge with my favorite workout; total body HIIT.

In this workout I throw in my favorite moves that target everything; legs, back, shoulders and that core.

All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells; I used 10lbs. Get ready for a quick 30 minute sweat sesh focusing on building strength.

MONDAYUpper Body Strength + 10 Minute Bodyweight HIIT

TUESDAYGlute Activation + Lower Body

WEDNESDAY: Back & Biceps HIIT

THURSDAY: Bodyweight HIIT [30 Minutes]

FRIDAY: Kettlebell HIIT [Back & Lower Body Focused]

SATURDAY: Total Body HIIT [30 Minutes]

SUNDAY: Rest
