Day three?

We are focusing on those back muscles.wp-15990485052154470690040982096680.jpgI’ll be honest, the back is one of my least favorite areas to work on. Give me all the shoulder moves! But, we have to make sure we target those muscles.

As a bonus, if you’d like to use the 10 minute bodyweight HIIT as a warm-up OR even an extra HIIT finisher, feel free to do it.

SATURDAY: Total Body HIIT

SUNDAY: Rest
