I started getting bored of a lot of my routines and I really enjoyed Heather Robertson’s “No Repeat” workouts. I used some of the concepts in her videos to create my own.
In this 2020 Virtual Bootcamp you’ll find a four week workout guide complete with a schedule and six different workouts to mix into your week.
Each workout is ONLY 32 minutes long (except the circuits) and you just need a set of dumbbells and a timer. I’ve been doing these workouts for months and have noticed a huge difference in my strength and noticed muscles developing I had never seen before.
You can repeat this four week guide long as you’d like (I recommend for another four to eight weeks AFTER the initial four).From the month of January, the guide is going to be ONLY $7.00. I’ve been doing these workouts in my classes and they have told me it’s been their favorite of workouts I’ve done.
Best of all, many of the moves are modifiable to fit ANY fitness level.
