Total Body Workout Blast!

Summer is coming right?

Well at some point I assume. Although it did snow first week of April, I’m sure summer is right around the corner… maybe 100 corners.

Either way, if you’ve been slacking at the gym or with your workouts, it isn’t too late! Try out this quick & easy total body workout blast and get your [beach] bum into shape!

Warm-Up: Stretch and do some light cardio for 3-5 minutes (can be in the form of jumping jacks, burpees, light jog or a mix of moves, just get that heart rate up!)

The Moves: Complete each move one time through then repat all 10 exercises 2-3 more times!

  1. Pulldowns (12-15 Reps)
  2. Squat w/ Suitcase Rows (12-15 Reps)
  3. Squat to Shoulder Press (12 Reps)
  4. Bent-Over Rows (12 Reps)
  5. [Single Handed] Lunge to Press (8-10 Reps, Right Side)
  6. [Single Handed] Lunge to Press (8-10 Reps, Left Side)
  7. Plank & Row (8-10 Reps, Right Side)
  8. Plank & Row (8-10 Reps, Right Side)
  9. Knee In’s & Laying Leg Lifts (Alternating between EACH move, 16 Reps Total – 8 of Each)
  10. Bicycle Crunches (Count to 30, 15 on EACH side)
